Direct producer
Our syrups are made by Zaal in Isfahan, Iran. You deal with the producer, not a trader.
Fruit only
No added sugar, glucose syrup, molasses, preservatives or colourings. Our syrups are concentrated under vacuum at 40–60 °C and never boiled, so they keep a more natural colour and taste and never scorch.
Lab-tested batches
Every production batch is analysed, and the report can be sent with your quote or samples. Zaal products carry the Iranian Seeb-e Salamat (health) mark.
Made to order
Production starts once your order is confirmed, so every shipment is freshly made for you.

Fig syrup
Zaal produces fig syrup (also called fig molasses, incir pekmezi or shireh anjir) in Isfahan, Iran. It is made from quality fresh or dried figs only, with no added sugar, preservatives or colourings, and every batch is laboratory-analysed. We supply it wholesale in 500 g, 750 g and 1.6 kg glass packs, in bulk packaging or under private label. It is made to order and quoted per order.
From fig to syrup
Figs are softened, and their extract is filtered and concentrated under vacuum at 40–60 °C, without boiling, into a thick syrup. Nothing is added, so the result tastes simply of ripe figs.
Every batch is made after the order is confirmed and analysed in the laboratory.
Three retail sizes for every shelf
Fig syrup is available in 500 g and 750 g glass packs for everyday shelves, and in a 1.6 kg Royal bottle for premium and gift ranges. Bulk packs and private label are available for food manufacturers and repackers.
