Wholesale fruit syrups from Iran
Grape, date, mulberry and fig syrups concentrated from the fruit alone. Supplied in retail glass packs, bulk packaging or under your own label.
Direct producer
Our syrups are made by Zaal in Isfahan, Iran. You deal with the producer, not a trader.
Fruit only
No added sugar, glucose syrup, molasses, preservatives or colourings. Our syrups are concentrated under vacuum at 40–60 °C and never boiled, so they keep a more natural colour and taste and never scorch.
Lab-tested batches
Every production batch is analysed, and the report can be sent with your quote or samples. Zaal products carry the Iranian Seeb-e Salamat (health) mark.
Made to order
Production starts once your order is confirmed, so every shipment is freshly made for you.

Four syrups, one standard
Zaal produces four natural fruit syrups in Isfahan, Iran: grape molasses (pekmez), date syrup, mulberry molasses and fig syrup. Each is made from a single fruit with no added sugar, glucose, preservatives or colourings, and every batch is laboratory-analysed. We sell them wholesale to distributors, importers, food manufacturers, retailers and the hospitality trade. Every order is made to order and quoted individually.

Frequently asked questions
Which syrup is right for my product?
Grape molasses is the classic all-rounder for breakfast blends and bakery. Date syrup gives the deepest caramel sweetness for bars, granola and desserts. Mulberry molasses is milder and more delicate, and fig syrup has a rich, jammy taste. Samples help you decide.
How are Zaal syrups concentrated?
All Zaal syrups (grape, date, mulberry and fig) are concentrated under vacuum at 40–60 °C and never boiled. Traditional methods boil the juice for hours; the lower temperature keeps more of the fruit’s natural colour, aroma and taste, and the syrup does not scorch or turn bitter.
Do your syrups contain added sugar?
No. Each syrup is made from one fruit only, with no added sugar, glucose syrup, molasses, preservatives or colourings.
Can I order several syrups together?
Yes. One request can cover several syrups, pack sizes and private-label designs.
How are wholesale prices set?
By product, quantity, packaging, labelling and destination. Send your request and we quote for your order.
Do you supply buyers outside Iran?
Yes. Zaal holds an export licence and has exported to Turkey and Russia since 2020. Export packaging, documents and delivery terms are agreed for each order.
How is quality checked?
Every production batch is analysed in the laboratory, and we can send the report with your quote or samples.
